The high precision dosing pump is an industrial duty syringe pump, using stepper motor technology to achieve sub 0.1ml accuracy in dosing the core binder curing agent. This high level of repeatability allows the process to operate closer to stoichiometric ratio without risking under dosing, resulting in less wastage and reduced emission of fowl smelling chemicals. Built to last in harsh environments, it features bracketry CNC machined from billet aluminum, recirculating ball lead screw, abrasion resistant polymer linear bearings and a stainless steel syringe mounted in a NEMA 12 enclosure. Position feedback is achieved with mechanical or proximity limit switches and an optional analog position sensor. Single stroke capacities up to 200ml are available.
